About EPCCD

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab, leads policy, regulatory, and capacity-building work for environmental protection and climate resilience across the province.

Our Mandate

EPCCD is the apex department in the Punjab responsible for environmental governance, pollution control, climate policy, and public-sector capacity building.

The Training Management Information System (TMIS) is a centralized digital portal under the Climate Policy & Technology Center (CPTC), modernizing how officers from EP&CCD, EPA, CPTC, SPIU, and partner agencies access trainings and earn certifications.

Trainings are profiled based on academic background and prior records to ensure transparent, merit-based participation in national and international programs.
