Our Mandate
The EcoTrain Dashboard, developed by the Climate Policy & Technology Center (CPTC) under the Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD), Government of Punjab, serves as a centralized platform for strengthening institutional and technical capacities across the environmental sector. The platform is mandated to identify training needs, facilitate access to national and international learning opportunities, monitor capacity-building outcomes, and promote continuous professional development for officers of EPCCD and the Environment Protection Agency (EPA). Through data-driven training management and competency development, EcoTrain aims to build a skilled, resilient, and future-ready environmental workforce capable of addressing emerging environmental and climate challenges in Punjab.
